Food Philosophy


 

I have a simple food philosophy.

 

Food is something to be enjoyed in every situation, it doesn’t have to be complicated to taste good. For me it’s about the quality of ingredients, simple flavours, great execution & cooking with the seasons.

A few tips to get you started:

 

Get yourself a good quality knife & a plastic or wooden chopping board.

 

Learn some basic skills on my video recipes to get you started.

 

Don’t be afraid of trying new things, cooking is about experimenting with flavours, sometimes they work sometimes they don’t, and sometimes they can be really special.

 

Buy good quality ingredients that are in season and always buy locally if you can.

 

Most of all enjoy it!
